Niki Cloyd is a model and allegedly is also a threat for the Osbourne, and he has requested a restraining order against the girl who was busted for allegedly ruins his car, but it seems the judge didn’t see the point there, so Jack came out with nada.
The story is this: According to Jack, Cloyd keyed his flame’s $250,000 Aston Martin, and broke other stuff of his property, so he decided to cut this madness and tried to file a restraining order agains her. But…. Guess what?
The judge just say no to Osbourne. The restraining order against Niki Cloyd was denied because there are not enough evidence for this. On the papers – filed in L.A. County Superior Court earlier today – he claimed his 24-year-old ex girlfriend is extremely furious and he thinks that she has in mind to hurt him or his personal belogings.
Osbourne claimed that Cloyd “is apparently in a state of unpredictable rage, and I fear that she intends to do further harm to me or to my property,”
In the papers court, he said that his ex soul mate read all his phone text messages, all his pc files and got mad ruining his personal belongings at his home.
“[Niki] went through my telephone text messages, my private computer files, and flew into a rage, destroying property in my home.”
Niki Cloyd was arrested last week after she was caught scratching up the reality star’s $250,000 car at Osbourne’s Hollywood Hills home. So, the judge rejected Jack’s protection request, however gave Osbourne an advice: “Don’t allow her in your home.”
