Talia Balsam’s ex husband, George Clooney recently said he wonâ€™t marry again. Yeap, if you didnâ€™t know, she was the first wife of the actor, and the only one as of yet. They were married for about four years, between 1989 and 1993.
As a brief biography, Balsam was born in New York City on March 5, 1959. Her age is 51. She is the daughter of Martin Balsam and Joyce Van Patten. The daughter of Martin and Joyce attended boarding school and Theehaven School in Tucson, Arizona. Talia made her first appearance on t.v in 1977, playing a role in â€˜Alexander: The Other side of Dawnâ€™. As an actress she also landed some roles in t.v series such as â€˜Punky Brewsterâ€™, â€˜Taxiâ€™, â€˜Almost Perfectâ€™, â€˜L.A Doctorsâ€™, â€˜K Streetâ€™ among others.
But maybe you can remember Talia for her role in â€˜Without a traceâ€™, she plays Maria Malone, the estranged wife of Anthony LaPagliaâ€™s character. The 51 year-old actress is playing the role as Mona Sterling in the famous series â€˜Mad Menâ€™ in which she works along with her husband. Balsam’s movie roles can be seen in recent films like Conviction, All The Kingâ€™s Men, No string Attached and The Wackness.
In 1989, Balsam married George Clooney in Las Vegas, but the marriage only lasted four years. She and the actor divorced in September 1993. Five years later, Balsam married John Slattery, they got engaged in April 1998 and then celebrated their wedding in Kauai, Hawaii the same year.
