Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen are successfully keeping their Elizabeth and James collection on the shelves. The Olsen Twins have reportedly kept their line in demand with some “recession proof” pricing to keep buyers interested. How low can they really go?
“The twins have really done an excellent job on making the product a star. It’s cool, contemporary merchandise that our customers are craving,” stated Bloomingdale’s fashion director Stephanie Solomon.”
Not that low! The Elizabeth and James clothing collection is selling for under $1000.00. Some articles might be affordable, like the $95 for a one-shoulder cotton tank. But who can pay $775 for a leather jacket? The Olsen Twins are also selling their flirty dresses and slacks for an estimated $225 to $475 range. Nonetheless, the Elizabeth and James line has reportedly bypassed other celebrity lines like Lauren Conrad’s and Mandy Moore’s.
