Katy Perry has designed a new bodysuit for the Fashion Line against AIDS. Read more on her contribution below and see video and photos of the singer after the jump.
The I Kissed a Girl singer is designing a new signature piece for a new fashion line with the help of her fellow celebrities to benefit AIDS. Perry’s contribution to the line will be a bodysuit.
Perry says her bodysuit “is about the heart, and about helping and educating people about the fight against AIDS.”
The bodysuit Perry says reminds her “of something a teenage girl would wear to a dance class … and it wasn’t just like, here’s a T-shirt!” The fashion piece is designed with the heart and head in mind. It has “an abstract pastel print of human insides” and reads “it’s what’s on the outside that counts” on the back. The Fashion Against AIDS line is being launched by H&M and Designers Against AIDS.
“I like things that are different, I’m very girly,” stated Perry.
