Lindsay Lohan’s back in court today after she apparently struggled to satisfy the terms of her probation. Get the details here.
Remember her DUI arrest back in 2007? Well, she’s still dealing with the fallout related to that case, namely the alcohol education program she was ordered to attend. It turns out that she was granted a leave of absence so she could leave California for a work related matter, but when she came back she didn’t follow through and contact the people running the program. Oops!
It looks like her attorney will have to prove to the judge that she will make a stronger effort to attend the classes. If she doesn’t, it could mean a probation violation for Lilo.
