Naomi Campbell sued again! This time, a company that reportedly worked with Naomi Campbell while developing a fragrance has sued, claiming she owes them big time bucks.
A company called Moodform Mission is suing her for breach of contract. They allege that she earned millions of dollars in profits from the sales of a fragrance they helped her create, but that she suddenly stopped sending the appropriate payments.
The lawsuit states that Campbell “has made millions of dollars from the sale of fragrances and cosmetic products conceptualized, created, with the assistance of” the company.
The amount sought by Moodform has not yet been published. The fragrances in question are called Cat Deluxe and Seductive Elixir. Reps for Campbell deny any wrongdoing.
The well-known supermodel is no stranger to legal trouble. Her maid filed a civil suit against her back in 2006 after she claims she endured physical abuse, including being whacked in the back of the head.
Then there’s the infamous incident that led to her arrest at Heathrow Airport last year. In that kerfuffle, she reportedly spat on a police officer after her bag was lost. She is now banned from British Airways.
Shall I continue? Back in 2000 she pleaded guilty to assault for attacking an assistant while working on a film.
